- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place has the absolute worst customer service. I called and asked if they could do something, they said they could but I would have to go in. Go in I did, and it was an absolute waste of time. The woman was extremely rude, and she refused to print out the estimate like they said they could on the phone. I ended up walking out and driving to one of the tag agencies in Lawton, where they were able to print the paper I needed within a few minutes. Don't waste your time going to this place, you will get faster, friendlier, and competent service elsewhere. I cannot say this enough: DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THE ALTUS TAG AGENCY.By Alyssa Turney, March 20, 2017
